Renowned religious scholar Allam Taqi Hadi Naqvi was killed on Thursday in North Nazimabad area of Karachi.
According to initial reports, four unidentified armed motorcyclists opened fired at a rickshaw as he got out of the vehicle. He was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police cordoned off the area and started investigation.
