AWARAN
Four abducted Levies personnel and two polio vaccinators were recovered on Wednesday, a private TV channel reported.
The Levies men were abducted during an armed attack on the convoy of the Awaran deputy commissioner.
According to police, they conducted a raid on receiving on tip-off in Qasmi Jo area of Awaran and recovered the six abducted men.
The kidnappers fled the scene but the police teams are raiding areas to apprehend them, it was added.
Stringent security arrangements were made for the 23-kilometre journey from the AFIC to the special court which has been set up in the National Library in Islamabad.
