AWARAN
Unidentified miscreants attacked the convoy of district health officer (DHO) and kidnapped three Levies men along with their official vehicle on Monday.
Levies sources said that unknown ambushed convoy of the Awaran DHO but the health official and other accompanying him remained safe in the attack.
The attackers also kidnapped three Levies men included in the security squad of DHO along with a vehicle of the Health Department.
Sources said that the DHO was returning from polio immunisation campaign when came under attack.
The security forces cordoned of the area after the incident and launched search operation for the abducted Levies personnel.
