Saudi crown prince arrives in Pakistan

Saudi Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud on Saturday arrived in Islamabad on a three-day visit to further enhance and strengthen brotherly relations between the two countries.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif warmly received the visiting dignitary at the Noor Khan airbase. The prince was accorded a 21-gun salute as soon as he alighted his special plane while a smartly turned out contingent of armed forces presented him guard of honour.
National anthems of both countries were played and the crown prince inspected the guard of honour.
He is also the deputy prime minister and defence minister and is visiting Pakistan on the invitation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
