ISLAMABAD-
The former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf has been summoned by an additional session judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) to appear in the hearing of Red Mosque’s cleric Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case on March, 1.
During the hearing on Saturday, Musharraf’s counsel submitted the request to provide exemption to former president from today’s hearing.
The court approved the exemption request for the day and ordered that the ex- army general appears on on March 1.
Advocate Akhtar Shah represented Musharraf in Saturday’s hearing.
