Pakistan‚ KSA enjoy deep cultural relations: Shahbaz

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy deep cultural and economic relations which will further expand with the visit of Saudi leaders.

He was speaking at a reception hosted in the honour of visiting Saudi Prince Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud here on Saturday. Shahbaz Sharif said Saudi Arabia had always supported and helped Pakistan in times of flood‚ earthquake and disasters.

Speaking on the occasion‚ Saudi Prince said his country was determined to strengthen Pakistan in political and economic fields. He said Saudi Arabia was ready to help Pakistan to overcome the crises it was facing today. Recalling his past visit to the city‚ Saudi Prince said Lahore had become more beautiful and developed.

Earlier‚ Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz called on Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar. During the meeting held at the Governor’s House‚ matters of mutual interest and ways to further strengthen bilateral relations were also discussed.

  1. Why does a provincial chief-minister uses words like 'Pakistan and Saudi Arabia culture' – these words suit to prime minister, not provincial chief minister. Who is he really trying to befool here?

  2. This is the reason that demands division of Punjab into smaller Provinces. It is becoming a joke and might one day bring ugly consequences which this idiot and his brother cannot realise.
