The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a bid to smuggle heroin to a foreign country through air cargo here on Saturday.
The ANF officials said during search of parcels booked for London through air cargo at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, 400 gram of high quality heroin was recovered. The drug was hidden in utensil carton parcel which was seized by the ANF.
As case has been registered against the accused who booked the parcel and further investigations are in progress.
