District management Rawalpindi has imposed ban on all types of construction alongside Murree road and its link roads till the completion of metro bus project.
The district administration has issued orders to the concerned quarters not to approve any map in respect of any new construction project unless the metro bus project is accomplished. This way hundreds of maps have been kept aside from the process of approval.
The step has been taken to avoid any untoward situation during the construction of the metro bus project.
