Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has ordered Rangers and police to launch a joint search operation in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad against the criminal elements.
The Islamabad and Rawalpindi police will fully assist and guide the Rangers personnel during the search operation.
In a meeting held to review the security situation in the twin cities, the interior minister emphasised upon the police to expedite their efforts to nab the anti-social elements in the cities and surrounding areas.
Ch Nisar also directed the Regional Police Officer to hold the concerned SHO accountable in case of any criminal activity in any locality.
