Hearing on medical report and application for exemption from appearance in the court in respect of Pervez Musharraf in Ghazi Abdul Rashid murder case could not take place Saturday due to additional sessions judge and duty judge being on leave.
Court of Additional Sessions Judge Wajid Ali Khan had summoned Musharraf on Saturday. As he was on leave therefore, the hearing was to take place in the court of additional sessions judge Azam Khan but the latter was also on leave.
Defence counsel Ilyas Siddiqui advocate filed medical report and application for exemption from appearance for one day in respect of Pervez Musharraf in the court. The hearing was adjourned till February 8 without any proceedings.
