Seven cops including two ASI suspended at police pickets on corruption charges
SSP Operations Muhammad Maqbool conducted raids on police pickets at GT Road on the complaint of corruption and suspended seven police personnel including two ASIs.
During his surprise visit he suspended T/ASI Muhammad Usman at picket toll plaza Mandra Police Station, Head Constable Azhar Iqbal at Massa Kaswal police picket, Constable Farhat Mehmood and Constable Navid Anjum at picket toll plaza Mandra, Constables Muhammad Ishtiaq, Aqeel Haider and Asad Nadim at picket Massa Kaswal on the charges of negligence of duty, corruption and harassing the citizens. These police personnel were confined to lines.
