Islamabad High Court (IHC) has again issued notices to Lok Virsa management and other concerned in Farhat Jabeen promotion case and sought reply from them.
Single bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan took up the case for hearing Friday. The petitioner Farhat Jabeen took plea in the petition filed on October 26, 2013 that director Lok Virsa demoted her from the post of computer operator in BPS-14 through forged documents and appointed her security guard in BPS-2 on regular basis.
IHC had summoned report from Lok Virsa management and other concerned in 15 days on first hearing of the case.
