Succumbing to opposition’s pressure to ensure his presence in the National Assembly, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has decided to go to the House today (Wednesday) and brief the people’s representatives about crucial issues facing the country, particularly the situation at hand because of the Taliban.
The members of the National Assembly (MNAs) of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have been directed ensure their presence in the House.
This would be Prime Minister Sharif’s second visit to the National Assembly since assuming the office. He is yet to attend any meeting of the Senate.
