Banned terrorist outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has once again offered to hold peace talks with the government on Sunday.
TTP spokesman Shahidullah Shahid said that they were ready to hold talks with the government if it provided favourable atmosphere for the process.
In a statement, Shahid also said that he told Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Sam (JUI-S) chief Samiul Haq that the government only gave statements on the media so that the attention of the people could be diverted. He claimed that the government was trying to impose a war on the tribal people after self-denial and forming allegations.
He claimed that the media has made a baseless propaganda regarding the TTP whereas they wish to remain neutral with the media.
