The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday reserved its verdict over the jurisdiction of the court for hearing the Wali Babar murder case.
During the proceedings of Wali Babar murder case, the counsels of the accused said the case should be transferred to session court as it was not under the jurisdiction of ATC.
On this, the court reserved its verdict, which will be announced on February 01.
