Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allegedly appointed blue-eyed guys on the quota prescribed for special persons during the last seven years creating unrest amongst the special persons.
The federal government has fixed two per cent quota for special persons but not any appointment was made on this quota since 2007 and only daily wagers were inducted due to which no qualified person exists on these seats
Special persons namely Gulzar, Ahmad Nawaz and Gul Zeb Khan informed Online that they are graduates but the Authority was not implementing orders issued by the government regarding two per cent quota for special persons.
They added that they applied many times against the approved quota but CDA always inducted their own favorites by by-passing the merit.
They appealed the Prime Minister to take notice of the situation and issue appointment orders to eligible persons.
