BAGHDAD-
12 people were killed on Saturday in a bombing series in different areas of the Iraqi capital.
According to police officials, two bombs exploded in Muqdadiyah, 60 miles north of Baghdad, destroying the residence of a soldier, killing him along with his wife and four children.
In the capital’s western district Amariyah, a car bomb went off in a commercial area, killing four persons and wounding 12 others.
Two shoppers lost their lives and six were wounded when a bomb went off in a market in Sadiyah neighbourhood.
No group has claimed responsibility of the attacks but officials have blamed Al-Qaeda activists.
