A delegation of Turkish experts will visit the garrison city on January 26 to review Metro Bus Service project in Rawalpindi.
According to reports, the project plan and drawing will be finalized after taking the recommendations of the Turkish experts. The provincial government has decided to start work on the project during next month. The project would be completed at the cost of Rs30 billion and luxury buses will be introduced on the route from Rawalpindi Saddar to Pak Secretariat Islamabad.
The reports said that under the project plan, elevated track will be constructed from Saddar to Faizabad in Rawalpindi, while At-Grade Expressway will be built from Faizabad to Pak Secretariat in Islamabad.
