Chaudhry Zaka Ashraf on Wednesday was reinstated as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) by Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The reinstatement orders came after the appeal filed by Ashraf against his dismissal from the post of chairman PCB.
Ashraf had been PCB chairman since October 2011.
On July 19, 2013, the Islamabad High Court had declared appointment of Ashraf “illegal” and directed the acting PCB chief Najam Sethi to hold elections within 90 days.
