SC seeks report from MI on Pindi missing person till 24th
Supreme Court (SC), seeking report from Military Intelligence (MI) on the missing person from Rawalpindi, adjourned the case hearing till January 24.
On Tuesday, a three-member bench of SC headed by justice Nasirul Mulk conducted the hearing of case on missing person from Rawalpindi; Hammad Amir.
During hearing standing counsel advocate Talat Khan appeared before the court and argued that MI has still not submitted any report regarding the disappearance of Hammad Amir.
