A target killer was arrested along with three accomplices on Tuesday by police in a targeted operation in Musharraf Colony area of the metropolitan.
According to police, target killer Ubaid alias Burst has confessed of involvement in 28 killings in Karachi as well as extortion and kidnapping for ransom along with his associates.
