Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expressed belief that the Youth Loan Scheme would give boost to national exports as well as to economic growth rate.

He was addressing a function held in Hyderabad in connection with Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan Scheme.

He said the government was determined to weed out culture of nepotism and introduce merit-based transparent system in the country.

He said the loans were being disbursed among youth purely on merit and even he as the prime minister was unable to grant loans to youth under the scheme.
