Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has demanded the constitution of an independent medical board to verify whether former president Pervez Musharraf is suffering from heart ailment or not.

In his message on social media on Thursday Bilawal said, “All medical excuses must be verified by an independent board of doctors.”

“I can’t believe this coward ever wore the uniform of our brave and courageous armed forces,” he said in his twitter message.

Musharraf, who was to appear before the special treason court, was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. He left his heavily guarded farmhouse in the outskirts of Islamabad to attend the treason case hearing against him. But on his way he complained about chest pain. His convoy was immediately diverted to the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) on Murree Road for a medical check-up.

Musharraf’s counsel Ahmed Raza Kasuri in his comments on media said that Musharraf would never have returned to Pakistan, if he was a ‘coward.’

Meanwhile, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain in a statement expressed serious concern over the reports about Musharraf’s health. He appealed to the masses to pray for early recovery of the former president.

    • It's not Bilawal saying this. Some body has put these words into his mouth. Any way, I do agree with what was said.

  1. What ever happens Musharraf must pay the price of Treason. Military dictators have damaged Pakistan. It has robbed the Country of Developing Leaders through a natural human Leadership development which can take years. Pakistan has only existed since 1947 and for much of this time it has been ruled by military dictators.

  2. The golden words spoken by the nasty boy…“I can't believe this coward ever wore the uniform of our brave and courageous armed forces,” he said in his twitter message.

Musharaf will pay hell even though all army will try to save his dirty mean soul.He will be perished very soon.

  3. Anther one that belongs in the sea, this clown can't even walk properly and makes bold statements.

  4. Maybe we should get the medical board to verify if this khusra is really a bhutto or belongs to some street walker in UK.

  5. Bilwal you should be asking your Mr 10% Father to return the looted Pakistani wealth to Pakistan, the amount in question could eliviate the energy crisis faced by the people. Also ask him why he had your Mother killed? You and your father are the Scum bags of the century!!!!

  6. If Musharraf is the only traitor in Pakistan and justice is being done everywhere in the country, he will be punished! When crooks got all cases pardoned and made it to President straight from jail, and become prime minister with 30 billions loan defaults. Sure that country is full of justice!

This wanna be leader kid knows how genuine are his father medical certificates and how genuine will of his mother so he has all the credential to evaluate generals medical conditions.

  7. Call me insane, you guys really think you can try Musharraf in a country where you couldnt even touch Raymond Davis and traitor Hussain Haqqani? and by the very same people who came to power only with Generals support?
Nawaz Sharif will loose this war too!

  8. Was Musharraf on sick leave during 1965 and 1971 wars as well ?

His Military record needs to be sorted. I know several armed forces officers of that time had gone on sick on lame excuses and did not participate in either of the two wars. Some of them were later associated with Zia and Musharraf regimes.

I suspect the explosives discovery was actually a staged drama by Musharraf and his associates as well. Unfortunately, no one has investigated into the incidents to establish the facts.

I consider Musharraf a total cheat. He did not keep a single one of his promises made in his very first address to the nation. As far as I remember, eliminating corruption and bringing back national wealth was at #1 among 5 or 6 promises he made..NRO is just one example of how he actually acted on his promises.
