Former interior minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Rehman Malik on Friday said that all the assassins of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto were arrested in the PPP government’s tenure; however, it is now judiciary’s job to bring them to justice.
Talking to media at the SukkurAirport, Rehman Malik said that Taliban are the ‘Zaliman’ (persecutors) and his party’s government had tried to hold talks with them several times but they always violated the agreement rules and continued barbarism.
On answering a question he said that the current leadership of Taliban, Mulla Fazalullah is in Afghanistan and the Afghan government should take steps to arrest him.
