Two commanders of Darra Adamkhel Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were arrested on Wednesday morning from Mansehra, a private news channel reported.
According to police, the operation was conducted on a tip-off at Fazil Korona and two TTP commanders named Saleem and Tariq were arrested. Both the militants belong to the Darra Adamkhel faction of TTP.
Three hand grenades and two pistols were also recovered from them.
In initial interrogation, the TTP commanders have confessed to be involved in destruction of public property and target killing.
They have been shifted to a secret facility for further investigations.
