Khawaja Ghulam Muhammad Aaqil Koreja, a prominent political figure of Rahim Yar Khan district, on Tuesday joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Addressing a press conference, he said that he has joined the PML-N on the wishes of Punjab Governor Muhammad Sarwar.
He said he reposed confidence in the leadership of the PML-N government and its policies.
Earlier, Aaqil Koreja had been affiliated with the Pakistan Peoples’ Party.
Khawaja Ghulam Muhammad Aaqil Koreja is the elder brother of PPP MNA Khawaja Qutab Farid Koreja.
