Federal Information Minister Pervez Rashid on Sunday questioned the performance of PTI-led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
His remarks came as PTI took out a rally in Lahore against price hike.
“What relief Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has given to people during the past six months,” Rashid asked.
“If Imran Khan wants end of Afghan war, why was he stopping North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) supplies,” he said.
The minister further urged Imran Khan to stop raising funds from NATO countries.
He said that PTI’s politics of confrontation is not good for the democracy in the country. He asked the PTI chief to use forum of parliament to raise issues and their solutions, adding that parliament was the best forum for redressal of issues.
The minister while criticising the PTI chief, said that those who are crying on inflation and high prices first they should take steps to provide relief in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
“The PML-N also knows, how to stage protest in KP but we will not do like this for the sake of democracy,” he added.
