Lieutenant General Zubair Mehmood Hyat has been appointed the Strategic Plan Division (SDP) director general, an institution that oversees affairs of Pakistan’s nuclear facilities.
Hyat, who has been serving as corps commander Bahawalpur, would assume the office after incumbent SDP chief Khalid Qidwayi retires.
