A US drone killed five persons and injured several others in a targeted attack on a boat in the Kabul River near the Pak-Afghan border on Saturday.
According to reports, a US drone fired two missiles at a boat which was crossing the Kabul River in the remote region of Landi Kotal district which is believed to be dominated by militants.
Officials have confirmed five casualties but the identity of the dead and injured persons has not been determined as yet.
No statement has come up by the political administration as yet.
