Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that granting of GSP Plus status to Pakistan is a good omen.
In a statement, the chief minister said that due to the status of GSP Plus, trade relations of Pakistan with European countries will further strengthen. He congratulated those who made efforts for achieving GSP Plus status for Pakistan.
He said that the facility of GSP Plus will enhance exports of Pakistan and the national economy will be strengthened due to increase in trade activities.
CM ENRAGED OVER SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S ABSENCE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the absence of the principal of Government Higher Secondary School Jallo Mor, a private TV channel reported on Thursday.
According to the report, the school’s principal had been absent for the last 45 days without a prior notice. The chief minister directed the authorities concerned to take necessary action in this regard and also improve the school’s condition by the end of December.
