The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the under trial Federal Crime Regulation (FCR) prisoners should be provided with required medical assistance and should be permitted visits by family members.
Justice Gulzar Ahmed read out the ruling which was issued on a miscellaneous petition filed by Advocate Tariq Asad regarding the 11 Adiyala prisoners who had gone missing in 2010.
