Residents of Lyari staged a protest demonstration at Maripur road against alleged arrests by Pakistan Rangers Sindh.
The protesters including women and children, protested for two hours burning tyres and suspending the vehicular traffic. They raised slogans against the paramilitary forces, calling for an end to discriminatory attitude of the law enforcement agency.
Later, the protesters dispersed after Rangers resorted to aerial firing.
