The Lahore High Court (LHC) has disposed of a notice for kidnapping and assaulting a 14-year-old girl by a landlord as complete police report of the case has been submitted before the court of concerned jurisdiction and no further directions are required by the complaint cell of the LHC on administrative side in that legal proceedings have been initiated in the matter.
According to details, mother of victim girl, resident of Chak No 70/RB submitted an application with Police Station Balochni that her daughter, 14, was coming from her aunt’s house on an evening when accused, Chaudhary Abid Hussain, forcefully took her to his mansion and molested her.
On crying of the victim, the accused left her and fled the scene. News report revealed the Balochni police registered a case against the said accused but police was making false excuses instead of arresting the influential accused.
