At least five militants were killed in an exchange of fire with FC personnel in Pat Feeder Canal area of Nasirabad district.
An FC spokesman said one FC personnel was killed and another was injured in the incident.
The spokesman said a huge cache of arms and ammunition was also recovered from the militants.
