NATO supplies blockade: KP cabinet to reach Islamabad today

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government will jointly present a resolution to the federal government today (Thursday) to stopp NATO supplies in protest against the US drone strikes in Pakistan.
Standing firmly by its decision to NATO blockade as a bid to stop drone attacks, the PTI has asked KP Chief Minister (CM) Pervez Khattak and other KP ministers to meet the federal government officials on December 5.
KP CM Pervez Khatak with cabinet and other allied parties’ MPAs will gather at KP House in Islamabad today (Thursday). The KP delegation will move to D Chowk where PTI MNAs will receive them.
Speeches will be made highlighting the PTI and its allies’ protest movement against drones.
This will be followed by the KP CM going to the Parliament accompanied by a selected group of PTI MNAs.
This group will go to the National Assembly speaker’s chamber where the speaker has called a meeting of all the Parliamentary leaders and the minister of interior. The KP CM will present a petition to the speaker, opposition leader and the minister of interior.
