Karachi Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday adjourned the hearing of Arshad Pappu murder case till December, 16.
ATC Judge Khalida Yasmin adjourned the hearing in respect of murder case of Arshad Pappu, prime accused in Lyari gang-war due to absence of counsel for the accused persons.
Six accused, including PPP MNA from Lyari Shah Jehan Baloch were produced in the court. The court has already declared several accused including Habib Jan Baloch, Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla and inspector Chand Khan Niazi as proclaimed offenders.
The accused will be summoned on next hearing.
