The contribution of Mr. Muhammad Altaf Qamar, a retired Inspector General of Police, appearing in Pakistan Today (Nov. 9) is very informative. I wish he had also told us how the agencies make sure that the seized items are always totally destroyed and nothing is again diverted back to the market.
