Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator Rehman Malik on Thursday said that government should move one step forward to end the deadlock with opposition.
While talking to media outside the parliament house Malik said that the government should take first step to convince the opposition in senate, while concern committee should also play its role to resolve such matters.
The senator stated that before coming in power slogans of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) were similar.
PML-N and PTI had held the slogans in their election campaigns that they will hit drones if they come in power, now both parties should fulfill their promises with people by hitting the drones, he said.
Replying to a query, Rehman Malik said, courts have released Pervez Musharraf and his best wishes are with him, while justice with Benazir Bhutto will be done when courts will escalate their progress.
Prevention of NATO supply will not end the drone attacks, he concluded.
