Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have filed an application in the National Assembly (NA) Secretariat to call the meeting of Opposition’s standing committees, after the month of Muharram.
Sources from NA secretariat informed Online, PPP and PTI have written a letter to assembly secretariat, in which both parties have pleaded to call the meeting of their standing committees after Muharram.
In a plea, both parties have argued that PPP and PTI have not come on the decision about the distribution of standing committees yet.
Both parties require more time for consultation on the distribution of standing committees.
