Girls students of Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi (FJWU) will be provided motorcycles by the Punjab Government.
Punjab Government has decided to provide motorcycles to all girls students from January of this year all over the province. The pilot project for supplying the motorcycles will be started from FJWU.
At the initial stage 80 motor cycles will be provided. Motorcycles which run on battery will be provided in the wake of growing prices of petroleum products.
No licenses will be needed to drive these motorcycles. Government of Punjab will impart training to the girls students to drive motorcycles.
