  1. AM sure the unqualified DC South Karachi..Mr Qazi Jamal Mustafa s mouth would be watering with such a news….the poor man just had to invest his hard earned Rs 70 Million to buy a 1,000 sq yard house in DHA Karachi. now he must be looking to invest in Dubai. With this development fund am sure he will get some relief and will be able to find a good investment there.
Mr Qazi Jamal Mustafa has been a defaulter of credit card recently but managed to get all cleared and invest in a short span of three years. He should be made the head of investment board since his business acumen is unmatched.
Hopefully Chief Minister would order Chief Secretary to promote the financial Wizard to this position.
What a shrewd investor they have in government machinery. Imagine a guy who has not qualified CSS or PCS examination contribute so much for his own benefit.
    Three cheers for Sindh Government.
    God Bless
