The hearing of the bail petition of former president Pervez Musharraf in the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case has been adjourned until October 30.
Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Wajid Ali was hearing the petition of former president Pervez Musharraf in the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case on Saturday.
It may be recalled that during the last hearing the court had ordered the police to present the record of the case. The lawyers of both the parties were supposed to argue today, but the hearing was put off until October 30 as as the lawyers were observing strike against the murder of a fellow lawyer in Gujranwala.
