Rangers, police detain 91 more suspects in Karachi

The rangers and police have detained 91 more suspects during latest raids in different parts of Karachi.

The East, West, and South zones’ police and heavy contingents of rangers continued targeted operations in different areas of the metropolis on Sunday and took 91 culprits into custody.

The police arrested 75 more wrongdoers including renown offenders and fugitives and seized 15 pistols, one repeater, 42 bullets and few snatched motor-bikes from their custody.

Six accused of target killings and money extortion were arrested from Garden, Nabi Bukhsh, and Ranchore Line areas of the city.

The rangers captured nine accused and recovered weapons from them during raids in Quidabad, Green Town, Nazimabad, New Karachi, Manghopir, Shah Faisal Colony, Baldia Town, and Gulberg areas.

During a raid in Nishtar Road area, target killer Mansoor Baloch alias Bubbly was arrested by the rangers.
On the other side of the city, some unidentified attackers shot dead a political party’s activist Nadim alias Lamba in Pak Colony.

One body was recovered from an under construction building near Supreme Court’s Karachi Registry and body parts were recovered from a house in Orangi Town.
