Former President Asif Ali Zardari has decided to allot Sindh Home Ministry’s portfolio to Local Bodies Minister, Owais Muzaffar. According to reports, Owais Muzaffar called on former president Zardari in Dubai on Sunday and exchanged views over the prevailing political scenario in Sindh. The former president appreciated the performance of Sindh LB Minister and declared him the most-hardworking minister of Sindh Cabinet on the occasion. During the meeting, former president Zardari conveyed his intention of assigning the Sindh Home Ministry to Owais Muzaffar. Previously, Manzoor Wassan was Home Minister of Sindh during last term of the PPP regime in the province but this portfolio was taken back from him. After Wassan’s removal, Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah did not appoint any home minister in previous and current terms and kept this portfolio under his own custody.
