The Islamabad High Court (IHC) summoned a reply from Acting Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Najam Sethi in a contempt of court case on Monday.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui on hearing the case, asked Sethi to explain within a week, the progress made so far with regard to the implementation of the court’s order for holding the election of the board.
Petitioner Javed Iqbal Advocate said that the court had asked the acting PCB head to conduct the board elections within 90 days. But nothing was done in this regard, he noted.
