Security for Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Public Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar was removed after which he refused to pursue the Benazir Bhutto murder case on October 8. According to official sources, Chaudhry Azhar expressed his concerns over withdrawal of his security and refused to appear before the court. Chaudhry Azhar was public prosecutor of FIA in the Mumbai attack case and he was included in the judicial commission which visited India to cross examine witnesses in the case.
