Appointing NAB chairman

The prime minister of Pakistan is having a hard time in selecting the head of National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The PM wants a person who is accepted by all the political parties, but it seems that most of the candidates are liked by some of the political parties but not all of them.

Therefore, to overcome this problem, I would like to suggest that the PM changes the rules and appoints two heads of NAB by selecting the candidates that are acceptable by most of the political parties. This will help create a check and balance on the leadership of NAB. It will also provide access to the head of NAB to all the political parties, ensuring that NAB investigations are not politically targeted or motivated.

Even if the prime minister does not think that this is a good idea, he should still expedite his selection process and install a new head for NAB and all other government organisations. Every day he stalls the decision is time lost for the PML-N government to create super results for their time in government, which reduces their chances of a re-election.
