2 tourists killed in Hunza accident

At least two foreigners were killed while four injured when a jeep plunged into a deep ravine on Karakoram Highway near Gulmit on Monday.
According to police sources, a Gilgit-bound jeep carrying tourists fell into a deep ravine after the driver lost control owing to a burst tyre.
As a result, two foreigners, including a woman, died on the spot. They were identified as citizens of Belarus while the two injured foreigners were believed to be Ukrainians. Rest of the two injured were from Gilgit Baltistan.
Police rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies and injured to Aliabad hospital.
