As many as six members of a family were killed in a road accident on Sunday near Ferozewala.
According to police, a family was going to Gujranwala from Lahore by a car (LW-9020) when a rashly driven bus (LRC-1465) collided with their vehicle on GT road near RanaTown.
As a result, Nazim Ali, his wife Kausar Bibi, daughters Alisha and Ayesha, sons Abdullah and Abubakr died on the spot.
The rescue workers extricated the victims after cutting the body of car. The bodies have been shifted to a hospital in Muridke. The police have arrested the bus driver and registered a case against him.
