The CID police arrested key accused involved in attack on Bilal Sheikh, the security incharge of Bilawal House, during a raid on Thursday.
According to details, a team of CID, on a tip off, launched crackdown at Super Highway area of the metropolis.
During the operation the culprit, Shahid alias Bookek belonging to Lyari Gang who was involved in targeted killing of Bilal Sheikh, was nabbed.
Police said that the accused was fleeing to Nawabshah but the police on secret information took him into custody.
The detainee was wanted in a number of cases of murder, attempted murder, extortion, robberies and other crimes.
